Questions
Are these real photographs?
Yes. Each print is made from a telescope photograph of that galaxy, resolved and graded for print, with the credit printed on the artwork.
Why can each galaxy only be bought once?
Every galaxy in the collection is assigned once. When it is taken, its page stays, but it is no longer offered.
What does the M number mean?
It is the galaxy's number in the catalogue Charles Messier published in the 18th century. The NGC number comes from the New General Catalogue of 1888.
