01 / Christmas gift for him
Personal and precise
He can check every detail: the catalogue ID, the coordinates, the distance and the light travel time. It is a
romantic gift that is also a true one.
You give us a date, a time and a place. We compute the point that was directly overhead at that moment,
the zenith, and match the real, catalogued galaxy nearest to it that is still unassigned. The artwork is a
telescope photograph of that galaxy, finished for print, with the place, the date and up to
sixty characters of your words beneath it, in a black wood box frame behind acrylic glazing.
